Product Owner with focus on lean customer-centric design and agile methodologies to create digital products people love.
Key activities:
- Collaboratively discover, organize, prioritize and manage goals and requirements together with the different stakeholders. Validate and fine-tune via research. Define personas.
- Iteratively generate ideas, co-design, prototype and validate concepts via user testing. Write lean specifications. Facilitate estimation exercise and build roadmap.
- Continuously work towards shared understanding about scope and concept amongst all stakeholders, coach the cross-functional team and optimize the agile process.
To increase the efficiency of our user testing and make better informed recommendations, we use a mobile usability lab with a state-of-the-art eye tracker and analysis software.
