Chief Information Officer (CIO) at American Realty Housing Group™
From July 1, 2012 and still in this role.
American Realty Housing Group is a newly formed collaborative project between many longtime business associates within the Southern, CA market area who's purpose is to provide affordable housing within the urban core of America's cities by developing vacant infill lots.
With the ongoing recession and high unemployment rates we've seen in the past few years coupled with increasing offshore manufacturing competition the urban core of American cities has become blighted and peppered with vacant infill residential lots. We will specialize in redeveloping these lots with sustainable, energy efficient residential homes and provide reasonable financing for those of moderate means in order to revitalize the hubs of our cities.
We will also facilitate a renewed sense of community and neighborhood pride of ownership by only selling to owner occupied buyers. Each submarket or neighborhood that we develop in we will create and launch a niche social network in conjunction with that district's city councilman, police, fire, school and public works departments and establish a program of monthly "town hall" resident meetings and annual block party.
We are rebuilding communities.
