About Me
During my 15 years in the digital industry I’ve always taken a user focused approach to the many different projects I’ve been involved in, from television advertising, (old-school!) website design, live technical production and more recently social strategy and user experience consultancy.
Along the way I’ve enjoyed working with and developing a diverse bunch of clients including Heineken, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Universal Studios, Lloyds Banking Group, Sky, Warner Bros, Exxon and the United Nations.
Now in my role as Head of Digital Insights at Teviot Creative, (an Edinburgh, Scotland based brand, design and digital agency), I spend my time researching trends and technologies whilst developing strategies to help clients and workmates cope with the non-stop march of the digital world - helping them to engage, delight and develop relationships with their customers.
I’ve been lucky enough to have trained with some of the best agencies in the world including Adaptive Path in San Francisco and Brighton’s Clearleft.
When not up to my fading hairline in the latest digital issues, I can be found changing nappies, doing the school run and watching endless television shows on Disney Junior with my three kids and ever patient wife.
