About Me
Syd is CEO and founder of multi-award-winning digital agency, Clock. From the company's early days as a Prince's Trust start-up, he now runs one of the top 100 digital marketing agencies in the UK. Clock has offices in Hertfordshire (HQ) and London. This success has largely come from inspiring the brilliant people he has around him – all of whom buy into his innovative way of doing business.
Syd appears regularly as a motivational speaker in schools, Universities and at industry events, and Clock has been used on numerous occasions as best-of-breed in its field by the DTI and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is often asked to share his inspiring story.
In 2007, he was one of the “Big-Shots” in the BBC’s popular Children’s TV programme, “Beat The Boss”, where he was, for the first time, beaten!
Charity has always been a core part of Syd's world and he chairs the fundraising committee for the Prince's Trust, and is vice-chair of the Prince's Trust board in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
