My job was at KFC, at the cash counter, while I was doing my Masters in London. That job was and still holds importance in what I do today. Customer service was and is my priority. After KFC, my second job was as a Sales Executive with Phones 4U in London. Here Customer service was more advanced, since a relationship needs to be built and managed. Excellent Customer service was our moto at Phones 4U, and for is me now, since I am the Director at Gnu Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., my own startup firm.
Holding a Master Degree for Financial Management, I am also interested to take up new projects and shape them into what the client desires. I offer services to small and medium firms, who want any idea to be developed, whether it be IT related, Management related or Customer Support oriented.
