After the successful sale of bluparc, a multi-channel CRM and analytics software company, I ran the European arm of Informative delivering customer experience solutions to the likes of Royal Mail, BBC and Masterfoods. I am now focussed on introducing Kognitio's high-performance analytical database to the online world, ensuring joined-up insight and knowledge form the basis of decision-making rather than departmental or silo'd opinion.
Previously I was one of the first "web consultants" at Oracle in 1995 before delivering multi-million pound web-based analytical solutions for Microstrategy to the likes of Asda, Littlewoods, Boots, BT, Diageo, Barclays and others.
