About Me
Since 1994 I have worked on web projects and with Internet oriented companies, initially helping build the content at Xoom.com, one of the Internet's first large scale community sites.
In 1999 I was building community site engines, tournament systems, real-time gaming statistic and tournament software and optimised server configurations for JOLT, the UK's largest gaming service provider, and providing web scraping technologies to help the ISP Nildram take an early top 5 position in ADSL sales.
I have provided over 100,000 pieces of artwork, 3d and traditional illustrations to stock handling companies, Macmillan Publishing and the New Ryder group.
In 2001 I launched the Everglide professional mousing surface in the UK and helped brands such as Func Industries, Razor, Gear Grip, Gamerzstuff and others establish recognition in the UK video gaming market, during this time TWD set up a location based service implementing mapping and geo-location technologies to assist gamers in finding 'real world' LAN events to attend.
I have worked for musicians Sven Vath, Cristian Vogel, Neil Landstrumm and Si Begg and the No-Future group, artists such as sculptor George Cutts, illustrator Thea Brine photographer Peter Graham,painters Catherine Somerville and Karen Gardner and installation artist Ben Martin.
More recent projects include assisting charities and community organisations such as Fair Play for Children, Transition Chichester, Tuppenny Barn and the End Of The Pier Film Festival in implementing CMS driven websites and applying social networking strategies.
