SaleCycle is a global leading cart recovery solution that allows online businesses to track and recover sales which were previously lost through abandoned carts.
The platform works by sending one-to-one recovery responses, in real time following cart abandonment. These responses are highly personalised as the platform populates the email with the customer’s details and details of their abandoned items to ensure relevancy and recognition on delivery. These responses can be personalised further through the application of Campaign Filters which will deliver different communications depending on abandoned items or their value. Recommended products can also be included in the response allowing the retailer to suggest additional products to the customer based on their previous purchase decisions.
Unlike others in the market, SaleCycle provides clients with complete visibility of results through its unique Live Campaign Dashboard. The dashboard allows clients to monitor the performance of their checkout and recovery campaigns by providing details of direct and recovered sales, response communication activity including number of responses, revenue generated and conversion rate as well as the percentage increase in total sales as a result of cart recovery. Available as Software as a Service (SaaS), SaleCycle provides clients with flexible access to their own personal dashboard giving them total control over their campaigns and complete visibility of results.
