Yes, I would have to say that their team in the US & Canada is very helpful and knowledgable on large projects. I havent yet had the chance to deal with their office, but if you are based in the UK it makes sense to use them.

I have not used Lyris but we use the Maxemail platform developed by Email Center and I would strongly recommend this tool. We have just renewed our contract with them for the new version. Our account manager is Ross Barker, im sure if you wanted to email him he could provide you with further information,
I hope this has been of some help.

Our email division has used over 20 server solutions and ESPs and Lyris is a fantastic option, one of our favourites. The UK team is very knowledgeable and always available to assist.

We have used Lyris for a number of years, and they are excellent and very knowledgeable. We have licenced the software rather than use the managed service, but have had few problems. They have a newer platform which is called Lyris HQ, which we are investigating at the moment. Purely from a user experience, it looks a vast improvement on our current platform, though retains most of the existing segmentation rules etc and templating. It also has the benefits of integrating search and analytics into its platform, which will make your event and triggered emails even stronger.
As with any ESP though, make sure they are the right fit for you, for your size of business, your requirements etc.
