What are some best practices in digital marketing project management? What are major pitfalls?
In relation to the question above, how should the digital strategy & planning process anticipate project management issues or put the right PM best practices in place ahead of time?

Hi Giacomo,
where to start.... it's an andless subject sometimes.... but my advice would be to keep as many stakeholders in the loop and get feedback from all for each action, as actions may have different effects on sales, marketing , IT, and even accounting, depending on how you do things. So, in short...I'd say..communicate, keep everyone interested and in the loop and get feedback. It seems to work. I'm sure opther may have more to add.
