I work for a OTA (travel) in Holland. I need to start implementing a online/offline branding strategie, has someone ideas about good books, blogs,sites ect.

i think Social Media Optimization is the best and cheapest strategy which really helps for branding and promotion of any product or service online. SMO is an optimizing technique involving some online communities. You can create a profile on your Company name and share updates about your services. Blogging is also very effective and its a creative part of your online markting strategy.
