Hi e-consultants,
I'm looking for a book that covers all aspects of e-crm - please can anyone recommend anything? I've looked at a few on amazon but seem outdated or extremely US based
Many thanks

eCRM simply an extension of CRM. Try a book by Professor Adrian Payne - Handbook of CRM, which gives an excellent overview of all aspects of CRM. You could also read 'Scoring Points: How Tesco continues to win customer loyalty', as well as Jim Novo's 'Drilling Down'. I was global eCRM Manager at Mars Drinks (based in UK) and I'm afraid you're going to simply have to draw from lots of different sources out there. But I found the above very useful.
