I hope this is some kind of early April Fool's joke, or even a late one.
This FSA document seems to indicate a rather large knowledge gap re: how, when and why Internet users search with intent (to conduct commerce) and how technology and account managers trafficking PPC creative and managing keywords work to ensure the right (compliant) PPC creative is in front of potential customers.
Of all the things the FSA should be regulating a little bet better than it has been in the past (ahem…) I don't believe PPC search terms is one of them. Please, someone tell me I've misunderstood this.
