I've just started working on a project which involves the Drupal open source CRM framework, and have found this great video (downloadable for $30) which explains what Drupal is all about.
It doesn't explain the intricacies of working in Drupal but its perfect for explaining how the different Drupal components work, what the flip people are talking about when they keep banging on about nodes and explains Drupals' capabilities and benefits. Perfect for project managers like me who just need to feel less ignorant. Hope this link is helpful to a few people.
An invaluable resource for those investigating the market for content management systems (CMS), with profiles of 21 leading vendors, the latest market trends and tips and pitfalls for buyers. The 283-page report provides details on the issues and trends affecting this sector, as well as information about best practice and tips for successful CMS implementations.

Another semi client orientated online video based training resource for Drupal is http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modPage.asp?ID=620 , we generally find the Lynda courses to be good quality.
Clients that are taking on Drupal and wanting some in-house expertise seem to find some background training useful.
Thanks
