Google appears to of cached my site using a URL and querystring which doesn't appear on my site - the link works and obviousaly I have full tracking for certain SEO key words. However i don't understand where it pulle dthe querystring from? Obviously keen to keep the tracking though! Any ideas how this occured and how to retain tracking?

I suppose the best way to find out the origin of the problem is registering to google webmaster central, where you may find those pages listed which have inbound and/or the external links. I think this will help you identifying the cause. Otherwise with a simple htaccess code snippet you may easily remove query strings from the end of all URL.
