Hi,
There are a number of monitoring services available however after the monitoring service has told you a domain name has been registered it's to late.
What is far more effective is to have a Domain Name strategy which will help you understand what is important to you and what is not. This should work hand in hand with your trademark to ensure you are protected.
My company Bletchley Group, www.bletchleygroup.com works with senior marketers and business leaders to develop and implement focused, effective internet strategies to engage consumers and grow their business.
A Key part of this is protecting you company, brand and trademark online. We completed this for a number of companies, most notably and most recently Bacardi.
