I know the subject of who's good for search engine optimisation advice comes up over and over. There are many SEO agencies out there - I'd like one with a proven track record in dealing with subscription-based publishing sites, particularly for business to business (B2B) content.
If I had to choose, SEO for subscription-based sites is most important as a track record - because you have to think differently when so much content is behind a subscription wall and doesn't get accessed by search engines.

Naturally, I would recommend Naxtech (dealt with subscription based tourism websites) but irrespectively of all that, perhaps I can provide some tips or advice if you send me some details regarding what you are trying to achieve, and what your end-goals are?

Its great, I would recommend Hangar 17 ICT having enough experiences in this type of projects, (Dealt with subscription, conversion tracking goals and the wall info doesnt get indexed in search engines etc), all are natural.

There is an event coming up which may help - SIPA (Special Interest Publishing Association) are holding their annual conference on 13th July in London.
Our search team are hosting a round table on SEO there, and Grant Attwell from Informa will also be hosting a break out session on the same subject too. As part of these discussions, you'll learn about who's active in this area at similar publishers, and also hopefully pick up some useful tips. You'll also be able to ask attendees which consultancies/agencies they use.
More information about the event is here, and I look forward to hopefully meeting you there!

Hi Suzanne, we have been working with publishers on our PAY-PER-RESULTS SEO model where we get paid only on the results we bring, perhaps that is worth considering? For more details see http://www.strategyinternetmarketing.co.uk/pay-per-results-seo.html or call Stephanie Iles on +44 845 838 0935
