    Having reading several pieces about both, I'd like to get some first hand advice on the pros and cons of implementing either of the above.

    I have a client who would benefit from either but I am struggling to see the best route.

    Any ideas or good sources to look at? (I have read the Smart Pack on Econsultancy)
