Social media is common place in most marketing strategies these days and it’s no wonder why when companies claim that visitors to a website are statistically more likely to convert when visiting from a social networking site.
However by getting involved in social media, many companies have made some drastic mistakes and it’s up to us to learn from this and take on board what NOT to do when using social media. What do you think are the most common mistakes to avoid?
I've prepared a blog post listing what i feel are 12 common social media mistakes and i'd be interested to find out if you agree or would add any more to the list?
