I don't look after the technical recruitment but I would recommend Web Recruit who place ads for you on ALL the major web boards for a set fee - if you don't fill your positions they give you a full refund.

It will save you from having to paying a percentage of salary to someone that does not know the difference between Linux and Windows developers. We have found a few good people using this route.
