Can anyone give me a bit of advice on recruiting an emarketing specialist?
I have inherited an eMarketing team and its not my specialist area so I'm looking for a bit of advice. I need to expand my team but I'm not finding many people with the range of skills I'm looking for (SEO, PPC, email marketing and analytics). Admittedly its still early days in the process, but I was wondering if I'm asking for too much in one person? or if this is a fair skillset to be looking for - bear in mind we're based in Bournemouth not London.
Also, has anyone got any good tips for some challenging interview questions which will help me filter the wheat from the chaff?
Thanks in advance

here are a few off the top of my head that should filter lamers...
SEO1. What are more effective. Links from your own site or links from other peoples sites?
PPC2. what is dayparting and why is it useful?
Email3. Name 3 things that are important to ensure successful email deliverability
WA4. What is the difference between logfile based tracking and page tagging? or How you do calculate conversion rate.
On the recruitment side, its a tough market and people are asking/being paid bigger bucks all the time. Not sure about Bournemouth

that's a fair skillset - anyone who considers themselves an all-rounder & has a serious interest in the area should have knowledge of those areas.
what's the salary range?
