Hi
I've just had a really quick look at the home page - my initial impression, even after looking for a few minutes is that it doesn't really say what it is, or how it is different from the other well established job search sites.
It sounds like it might be a good idea, but you need to hit people straight off with what it means for them and why its good for them to use.
In addition, as am employer, I'm not sure how I would use this to find candidates, or upload a job.

Hi Dominic,
The site is not bad but I think there is certainly a lot of room for improvement. Some quick recommendations:
- get your message across to your visitors straight away. tell them who you are, what you offer, reasons to choose you, etc
- attract job hunters by exposing your content to search engines
- search engine optimise your website to attract more visitors
- export your jobs content to 3rd party sites
- build links (relevant links on relevant sites) pointing to your website
- compliment your jobs listings perhaps with extra information. ..after all content is king as some say.

Hi Denis
The post was really helpful, we shall try to pick up on your points and improve the site. I am going to relook at the front page again and make sure that it is clear what we do. The problem with trying to improve the SEO is that so many companies with far bigger budgets are in the same industry that it is difficult to compete.
