I am looking for an agency who can offer consultancy services to assist with our email marketing campaigns. We currently manage the data and the broadcasts in-house but I am looking for someone we can use on a regular basis to advise of changes with ISPs; someone we can work together with a view to improving deliverability and conversion rates etc. Please send details of the services you offer, fee structures, plus examples of other retail clients you work with to

I would strongly recommend Ellipsis Media (www.ellipsismedia.co.uk) who I have been doing email marketing and web development with for 7 years. they have a great email too called dot Mailer (www.dotmailer.co.uk) and really know their stuff about email marketing, ISPs, spam, deliverability and all the rest.

I can also vouch for dotMailer. It's a good application allowing you to produce some great email marketing campaigns.

It has a great WYSIWYG interface allowing you to make updates on the fly without having to re-upload a new html source (like some apps). The addressbook interface means you can easily manage and export your data. The reporting tool is worth a mention as very comprehensive allowing you to really measure the effectiveness of your campaign.

Add in their in-house design team too and you should be able to get your campaign up and running very quickly!
