O.K
By now I have information about giving quantitative information about e-metrics of a Web site, but when it comes to qualitative information, I think data mining techniques should be applied. Any information about how to apply this, reports, white papers, etc. and good products out there ?
Thanks to all

'e-metrics: business metrics for the new economy' is an excellent white paper with a thorough overview of the importance and relevance of using resarch and analysis including fairly comprehensive methodologies and examples.
