Hi,
I am conducting some research and thought it would be good to ask my peers what they thought. (bullet points would be great).
What does digital consumer behaviour and behavioural targeting mean to you?

Simple. Digital consumer behaviour refers to
1. Attitudinal (motive and emotive) actions taken by an individual or group in a digital environment, be it:
- A web/commerce site, interactions with online ads, social networks or email.
2. Behavioural targeting is a way of segmenting a group, be it customer base, prospect base, or a demographic by their behaviour. This is known as attitudinal profiling, and is a common way to segment data, form data clusters for companies to taregt with their products and services.
For further information it's worth checking out the market leaders, The Agency at www.TheAgencyOnline.co.uk. On request, they can provide a comprehensive guide to attitudinal segmenting, profiling and testing, be it online or offline.
Hope it helps

We've taken this analysis for our online marketing project. The main approach behind the digital consumer behaviour analysis includes - 1. What takes visitors intention to purchase (or not) online? 2. How has video buzz transverse the digital media in recent years? 3. How rapidly do consumers interface conventions (tagging, social networking, etc.) and users adopt to recently emerging technologies ?
