We represent www.mail2market.net in the UK and can help you with setting up template. Software sold as one off cost or monthly fee rental. As we have yet to officially launch in UK (we are number one in Estonia) i can offer you a special deal if we get a testimonial we can use (if you are impressed).

Hi Kate, there are oodles of mailout packages out there and I can't claim to have tried them all, but if your needs aren't too sophisticated I particularly like GroupMail (www.group-mail.com) which is very good value if you don't need the add-ons of the enterprise edition.
It's very user friendly and has a decent WYSIWYG message editor that makes it straightforward to put together rich content messages with graphics either inline or on a server. Might be worth downloading and give it a free test-drive - hope that's some help

Hello Kate, try this www.inothon.com/email_marketing
Provides you with an opt-in magnet. This vital tool allows you to provide prospects and customers with a sign-up form to request emails from you. It also provides you with the ability to create and manage special interest groups so that you can target your e-mail campaigns to specific subscribers.
Complies with anti-spam laws by requiring that all subscribers added or imported to your account receive a confirmation e-mail. In addition, an opt-out link is located at the bottom of every campaign mailing, allowing subscribers to opt-out of future mailings. Subscribers who do not respond to the confirmation email or who click the opt-out link are automatically removed from your subscriber list.
Helps create dazzling, eye-catching emails. Image Library includes more than 1,500 images or upload your own! They're automatically resized to fit your email. No design skills necessary!
Track the results of your emails. Easy-to-use reports tell you how many you sent, how many were opened, how many people responded and much more.
It even lets you do surveys of your customer base.
