Can anyone suggest good job sites for online professionals looking for a job-I am based in washington (US) and have over a year and a half with online ad publisher

This site is excellent for jobs. See also onlinemarketingjobs.com and NMA.com 'big' job boards are less useful but see totaljobs and monster. Uploading a CV to Monster would also be a good idea.
If you want to come to the UK, people will want to know you already have a Visa so put that at the top of your CV.
