The nice people at Google have sent me a Christmas gift. (I'm still waiting for something from MSN and Yahoo!...)

I seem to remember last year the Google Gifts stirred some competition over who got what  (did you get a blanket or not?).

So, have you received anything from Google, and if so what?

I received a Christmas Card (sadly not signed by Larry or Sergey...) and a rather groovy digital photo frame. This will go nicely with last year's gift of a mini-mouse, USB key set etc.

Currently I'm very pleased with this gift - particularly given how little we actually spend with Google in the great scheme of things for them.

But I might get jealous if I hear that others of you out there have been showered with much higher grade gifts!

Are you spending many millions on paid search with Google? If so, what gift have you received?

    hi ashley,

we got the mini-mouse kit last year. we havn't received anything this year so far and we spend a fair amount with them. Hopefully it'll turn up in the post later this week. I want a fridge, i think we deserve one.

Don't think we have ever recieved anything from Yahoo or MSN apart from declined listings. ;-)

well ... i have received the new iPod shuffle ... I still have yet to determine whether I can actually keep it as we have a company policy that says we cant accept gifts (i.e. bribery) above a certain value.

regardless its a nice gesture and given Google run a monopoly in Germany I didnt expect anything from them ... but perhaps someone is looking into a future where competition will finally arrive in the search space (I certainly cant wait for this day ... )

Well if you can't keep your iPod shuffle Mirko I'm sure I can find a home for it... ;)

So we clearly already have at least two levels of value of Google customer: the digital photo frame level (lower value), the iPod shuffle posse (higher value); what about the more lavish end?

I got nothing, but expecting for a Christmas gift from Google, Yahoo and MSN. A good rank or a higher PR will be all for me as a valuable Christmas gift. And for my Visitors I got a pack house gifts.
