Hello, I am lookingfor 2 post graduate aces in web design to develop a site for an internet venture. I am an expert in offline marketing and pr however my web design skills are non-existent. I am offering a 5% share to each of the persons selected. Unfortunately my budget will be used for Marketing and promotions, however the shares in the business could be very valuable in the future.

The skills required include database functions, Member management, Video uploading, User friendly admin functions etc.
