    Hi
I'd like to know if anybody out there has experienced any issues with peoplesoft CRM. By this I mean issues with marketing processes (NOT technology issues) so for example - does peoplesoft require you to change the way you go to market?

We're looking at doing some work for a client with Peoplesoft and i am just trying to prepare myself in advance - no other ulterior motive.

    Thanks

PeopleSoft Marketing has a whole lot of functionality which we've modified in implemetations to meet an organization's requirements.
For example, when sending out mail, in a mktg campaign, the organization required the sender's address to be a common e-mail id to which responders could revert. We added a provider group - which included the sender - with a mail id. The new mail id was displayed as sender's email id.
There are other customizations & configurations we did to meet requirements. These did not ask for too much of work because the underlying functionality is flexible enough to be modified to meet the requirements.
