I am currently in the process of defining a permissioning system for a b2b website. Is there a resource that you could point me to where I can find a template or maybe a website that has a good accessible permissioning process?

Could you explain to me extactly what you mean by permissioning.
Are you talking about user level security to specific sections of the site or login / registration for user personalisation i.e. delivery of content.
