I couldn't agree more. There is no incentive for an agency to do well for you, simply ot spend more of your money. I work for a US owned software company ChannelAdvisor (http://www.channeladvisor.co.uk). We provide software specifically designed for retailers. You can licence the software and run your campaigns yourself or we can run them for you but, in both cases we charge a percentage of revenue.
