Hiya -
Does anyone know where I might find some standard T&Cs for forum use? As most sites seem to customise their T&Cs heavily, I'm never quite sure what's standard and what's unique.

Hi James
You could go through the User Agreement and Privacy Policy on this site and just search the page for occurences of 'forum' and pull out the relevant bits.
Or go to other well-known and well-reputed sites with a forum and gather up a few best practice T&Cs, cobble the bits together, tweak them, and give your best effort to a lawyer to fine tune. That's what we did and it doesn't take too long.
