We have built up a portal of such sites for out Broadband Interactive TV service (www.kit.tv) but it is hardly comprehensive at the moment. One of the problems are the differing standards used by TV-based browsers.
Netgem have a portal which serves as the default location for users of their iPlayer DTT set top boxes.
On a related note i also understand DTG are producing a set of guidelines for the production of TV friendly HTML sites.
