The biggest US based affiliate network has to be Commission Junction at www.cj.com . They have a huge American presence but also have a UK based network so should be ideal for your requirements.
Good luck!

What are the advantages of using a group like Commission Junction over doing it in house? WIth payment facilities like paypal, all the pieces seem to be readily available?
Also - is the commission to commission junction worth it for ROI? I'm interested to know the experience of those in this forum. I've heard mixed reactions from past and present customers.
David,
There are various technologies out there to enable a DIY approach but affiliate networks can potentially save you a lot of time on admin tasks such as commission payment, postage, queries and general information. Networks canl also save you the effort of recruiting suitable affiliates.
Also bear in mind that some affiliates only like to work through networks because they can also save on admin time by doing so.
If you use a network, you need to be confident that they will dedicate time in making your campaign work. This can sometimes involve extra management charges which may or may not be worth it.
There is plenty more information in E-consultancy's 2005 Buyer's Guide to Affiliate Marketing Networks.

I need to put together a affiliate advertidssing service for Purdey (www.purdey.com), they'll be doing ecommerce in 3 weeks.
They are a very niche brand, I have a list of potential affiliate sites that hit the market that we need (i.e the outdor sporting community in the USA and EU).
I spoke to commision juncton and they were nervous of getting involved with a site that had associations with shooting though they have egreed to the work so long as I put the shop on aseperate URL - which I can easily do.
Since I know the afiliates I want and I am on a very limited budget should I go the DIY route?
Hi Guys, I have the same doubts in the commission junction but after visiting the link, it clarifies my doubts. I am happy to visit this forum and it helpful to me.

Dear all,
Can anyone here reccomend some USA-focused affiliate network service providers?
I need to use their services for some UK-based Retail sales to USA customers.
Many thanks,
