The best starting point I can think of is to first of all understand where and what people are talking about Sunkist, competitor brands and related issues. That will be useful in the creative process for your viral campaign, strongly recommended for any seeding and / or brand advocate outreach that you intend to do and for then  measuring  and understanding the consumer conversation you generate about the product and / or the campaign.

The ultimate test is obviously shifting more Sunkist - something that may be difficult to spearate out from other sales & marketing campaigns.
