Can anybody out there recommend good places to find quality sales people?
We've got a good package and great potential for the right candidate, is there any one out there willing to let out some info?

I was having problems a few years ago when I ran an online sales team. The best people I found (non online) were ex-radio sales people who are used to selling concepts (nothing tangible on radio!).
Apart from 'stealing' people from competitors I'd recommend looking for a good sales person irrespective of an online background or not.
I'd recommend having a chat with Lucy Simpson @ Major Players - she knows her stuff. http://www.majorplayers.co.uk/home.asp
It's a truly awful site - sorry.
