    Hi All,

I'm hoping you can help me - does anyone have suggestions on which payments processors (I need a full gateway solution) I should look at to accept payments from Poland?

Our average order should be about £100 but some which be much higher and some much lower, with about 4,000 orders a month.

Initially I just need to process Polish payments but later will be looking at taking payments across central/eastern/western europe.

In addition to accepting general card payments, many of our customers have said they would like the option of paying cash somewhere (and then having a voucher to redeem on the site).

Any ideas on who I should look at/talk to?

Very grateful for any advice offered!

    Thanks

    Robin

UK remittance service SendCashHome, a subsidiary of The Digital Cash Group, has launched a cash transfer service for the Polish community which enables Polish residents in the UK to transfer funds to any Polish bank account from the UK using a network of retail agents, the internet or a web-enabled mobile phone.

    Hi again,

I missed that you said "they would like the option of paying cash".

Take a look at PayOffline or go&pay  - with both you place the order online first, print out a barcode, then take that to a payzone outlet to pay in cash. payzone is the network of newsagents, grocery shops etc., probably best known for being where you can buy PAYG mobile phone top-ups etc.

I think that Protx has alo have a multi-country solution. They are easy to integrate and quite a good value as well, I've used them for several of my clients.

    Hi Robin,

I have the solution for you. And it will cover both cash and online payments.  It's something we do for businesses in the tourism industry.  Get in touch via email (denis at naxtech dot com) and will respond with more details.  Alternatively just give me a call in about 10 days as i am currently travelling on business.

    regards,

    Denis
