    Hi

    I'm looking to do a contract negotiation course (i.e. covering the legal, psychological and commercial aspects of contracts with clients)?

    I’m looking to do this with my company and I’m trying to find courses, but obviously a recommendation would be good as well. There's companies I've been looking at but I've been on enough sales and training courses to know that the quality varies enormously.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    I can't recommend a course but I once picked up the book 'Getting to Yes' at an airport & found it a really great read on the topic of negotiation. Give it a go!

    Hi Steve,

    The best person I've ever heard speak on the subject and learnt the most from is Steve Jones at Focal Point Negotiation (http://www.negotiationexpert.co.uk/).

    His clients include some of the largest retailers in the UK but they also run courses for individuals and companies.
