Can anyone recommend email marketing software that integrates with Microsoft CRM please. We are currently using Email Reaction which should integrate, but requires more CRM expertise than we have inhouse and seems like it's going to be more costly than migrating to new software.

If you have Microsoft CRM then you should not need email marketing software. MS Outlook, CRM and Business Contact Manager work with each other and can do email marketing for you... In other words you could do email marketing in-house.
Thanks - but could we easily achieve professional looking html emails with advanced link tracking etc?

The problem is that the IT guys don't have full control over the CRM and we'd have to rely on a 3rd party supplier to implement any advanced solutions in CRM itself.

Well, it depends on how advanced "advanced" is. But generally speaking most things should be exposable to the .NET framework for you to interact with.

The video on this page gives a very good overview of the offering. We have many users of this solution both here in the UK/EU and in the US and have a strong relationship with MS UK, being a global Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
If you would like to discuss this further, please let me know.
Many thanks

I'm late to the discussion but we have just released a cost effective solution called eCampign which fully integrates as part of the MS CRM solution and does not have the associated costs of Exact Target or Communigator.
The State of Digital in MENA report, published by Econsultancy (and supported by ArabianBusiness.com), looks in detail at use of different traditional and online marketing channels in the Middle East and North Africa. The report also looks at how companies are using social media for marketing, how businesses are measuring marketing effectiveness and examines the barriers to digital marketing and e-commerce in the region.
Econsultancy's B2B Digital Marketing Trends Briefing focuses on the key trends, challenges and solutions for B2B digital marketers. Based on roundtables from Digital Cream London 2012, the guide has been co-authored by nine independent B2B marketing experts who also acted as moderators for the roundtables at Digital Cream.
