Hello, we are an e-commerce company and will be selling to the USA from the UK.
Our items will be sent in bulk directly to the USA then distributed using a logistics company over there.
Does anyone have any experience of this and tax implications of this. As I understand it VAT will not be applicable but we will still be bound to UK corporation taxes as the goods will be sold under our Ltd company here in the UK.
Kind Regards.
