You could have a look at shopify.com, its not revenue share but a fixed monthly fee. Might be too simple fro you but worth a look.

I am now looking for organisations to take part in a revenue share scheme on a new ecommerce platform, designed to give greater revenue per user. I would only be taking on one retailer from each industry to avoid conflicting interests.
