Hi, I work for a UK telemarketing agency and we are looking for recommendations for an email broadcast platform that we can use on behalf of some of our clients to deliver low volume but highly targeted integrated email and telemarketing campaigns. Couple of key crietria:
1) Must be able to be used for prospect records i.e. lists that have been harvested from a mix of sources by the client i.e.events, roadshows etc
2) Must be able to send from multiple 'from' addresses / lists
3) Must have a user friendly interface
4) Must have a user friendly template editing tool
MailChimp has been suggested although not sure how flexible it is ref prospect records / spam?? Dotmailer has been suggested as a possibility too?
Any advice & recommendations & experiences would be very much received. Thanks!

It provides a comprehensive profile of the main players with great insight into their suitability for different requirements.
If you'll forgive another military pun, it's a minefield when it comes to mapping the business requirements to the correct solution - Kate's report will save lots of time and money.
