E-commerce Report 2012
Almost all retailers operate in both online and offline environments today, and in its 2012 E-Commerce Report presentation Intershop investigates the challenges they face. During this session, Jochen Moll, CEO of Intershop will present the results of a pan-European survey, compiled from independent interviews with 310 senior IT and business decision makers at retailers in the UK, France, Germany, Nordics, Italy and Benelux. More than half of European retailers are confident of growth in their online operations in 2012, but the majority are struggling to operate an effective and consistent mobile strategy. Jochen will suggest solutions for retailers to build their websites with support for multiple channels right at their heart.

Jochen Moll, Member and Spokesman of the Board of Management, Intershop
In his role as Member and Spokesman of the Board of Management he is responsible for sales, marketing and consulting. Jochen Moll brings a wealth of experience from previous executive positions in the IT-industry, among which he served as Vice President (VP) for the Business Partner Organization Central Region and for the Software Group Central Region Europe (DACH) at IBM. At EMC, Jochen Moll headed the entire German business unit and as Vice President for Strategic Alliances he was in charge of the system integrator business in EMEA. He then became CEO of BizSphere AG, an international start-up company that specializes in software solutions for customer relationship management.
