Having recently announced the acquisition of the US company Equire, Nucleus, the brand experience consultancy has agreed the take-over of New Wave Marketing Limited, the consultancy founded by ex-Savoy Group Head of Interactive Media, Eliot Damon, and Conde Nast technical manager, Richard Beakhouse.
New Wave Marketing specialises in online marketing and technical development for clients in the travel sector, including: One Aldwych, Carlisle Bay, Chelsea Village Hotels, Synexis Europe and the Savoy Group.
Since travel is a key sector for Nucleus, Chairman and MD Peter Matthews explained that the New Wave Marketing acquisition "will deepen our skills and broaden our experience, providing us with additional tools to capitalise on the enormous potential of the travel market".
New Wave Marketing MD, Eliot Damon, added: "New Wave Marketing has developed a number of unique tools, such as interactive online surveys and customer segmentation analyses that fit well with Nucleus' evidence-based, user-centred design approach incorporated in their in-house usability laboratory."
