The consumer electronics sector has seen huge growth during September with sales volumes growing thirty nine percent compared to August. The other four top sectors (financial services, telecoms, entertainment and travel) have dropped slightly following a very strong month in August.
Total Sales volumes across TradeDoubler’s network have continued to grow month on month thanks largely to the growth of the consumer electronics sector.

Sales across all sectors are predicted to increase phenomenally in the next three months in the build up to Christmas. Last year sales volumes from September to December equalled total sales volumes over the previous 8 months of 2003 and this is expected be the case again this year. The peak Christmas online trading period is predicted to begin towards the end of October.
