What do we ask on the entry form?

  • Entrant
The company (or companies) who will receive the award (and glory).
  • Category
You can change this at any point up until you hit the "submit entry" button.
  • Contact details
You can give us additional contact details, just in case we need to get in touch and you’re not around.
  • Summary of innovation (100 word limit)
Give us a short summary of why your entry is innovative (like you were telling someone about it on Twitter).
  • Your entry (500 word limit)
Describe your product, service or project and explain why you think it screams innovation in that category.
  • Supporting material (optional)
You can enter links to supporting materials – websites, illustrations, videos, but no further written material please, everything that makes your entry innovative should be summed up on the form itself. These links should be available up until December 2011.
  • Confidential information (optional)
You can include any private information that only judges will view, we won’t publish anything in this field.
  • Permission to publish
Confirm that you're happy for a summary of your entry to be published in our "Innovation Awards 2012" report (excluding any information in the confidential information field), should you be shortlisted or win an award.
