Sorry Graham, I'm sure they're all excellent, I just don't have the time to look through them all.
Tell me though, do any of them mention how multi-media customers and prospects are intended to actually engage with multi-media sales and customer service staff - that they have presumably recruited, trained and equipped?
(And this is the second "hot" topic, after the 1. Five areas businesses spend too much/little, on the latest Econsultancy newsletter, with multi-media customer engagement at its heart - so it's getting a bit spooky!)
