Ocado launches iPhone shopping app

Online grocery retailer Ocado has just launched an iPhone app for customers to create shopping lists and order groceries, which makes it the first online supermarket to move into mobile commerce.

Mobile site review: Betfair

Betfair has had a mobile version of its website since 2006, and according to its Twitter account, has taken over 6m bets from mobile users.

With the popularity of online betting, it seems especially well suited for people out at sports events who want to place bets.

Betfair launched an iPhone optimised version of its site in December, and has recently updated it. I've been seeing how well it works...

Mobile site review: LoveFilm

Mobile site reviewDVD rental company LoveFilm launched a mobile version of its website earlier this month, allowing users to browse through titles, read news and reviews, and view trailers.

The site is not fully transactional yet, though this is something that is planned for the future, but it does provide an opportunity to promote the LoveFilm service to mobile users, as well as providing advertising space.
