Career History

Digital Marketing Intern at Latitude Digital Marketing
From February 1, 2011 until June 29, 2011.

Latitude is a leading digital marketing agency providing services including PPC management, SEO, web analytics, social media optimisation, and online display. I support the SEO and Social Media team that includes clients such as Fitness First, Tesco, and Virgin among others. Main duties include supporting the SEO team through link building, article submissions, PR release, searching for keywords etc. I also create Social Media case studies by analysing consumer behaviour and KPIs through Google Analytics and Yahoo Analytics. I provide overall recommendations on social media strategy for the agency’s clients and in house marketing.

Marketing Manager at Atlas Food Systems and Services Inc
From November 1, 2009 until September 10, 2010.

I was employed at this privately held company right after graduating from the university. My job duties included creating consumer proposals worth millions of dollars, designing new food brands, and creating a whole new website for the company. This last duty of developing the company's website spiked my interest in Digital Marketing and the desire to pursue a Masters in this field.

Social Media Analyst (Freelance) at Synthesio
From July 10, 0001 and still in this role.

Synthesio works with agencies and brands of all industries and sizes to match the right solution for their individual social media needs and ensure that they have the right tools in hand to meet their goals. These tools include comprehensive monitoring tools or a customized end-to-end service with analysis and reporting. Clients include Toyota, Adidas, L'Oreal, Unilever, Procter and Gamble, and Nissan among others. Main duties include understanding clients' social media monitoring needs and working with the global operations team to help manage analytical support. Also analyze and code online references of brands and deliver reports that are tailored to client requirements for insights into different areas of their business.
